Refund Policy

Heartfelt By Tee strives to make every customer happy as best as we can. It is why we try to make sure that every product is to your liking before & after sale. However, if for some reason you (The Customer) are not satisfied with the product, we do offer a full refund (Half of the original price if you bought item on sale i.e. half off) within 30 days of receipt. We ask if your product is damaged during shipping & delivery, please inform us right away using the contact information provided on this website so that we are able to either give you a refund or replace the damaged item. However, we do ask to provide a receipt or proof of purchase before we are able to provide you with a refund.
